Overall bad service! To start off I called and made an appointment the day before to get mine and my sisters nails done, she called 10 minutes before my appointment and asked if we could come back in 30 minutes, after that we went back and she had this young girl do my nails, then Helen came over and said she did them all wrong and ripped the fake ones off because they were crooked and the girl forgot to file the nail before she glued the fake ones off, then they both started working on my hands at the same time, I now had the fake nails on and she told me to pay her now( right in the middle of doing my nails) so I payed and by this time my sister was already done and waiting but I still needed to put colour, I asked for a matte finish and they gave me a shine finish so she had to wipe the nail polish off and re apply and add matte finish, 3 minutes later my nails were drying under the fan, and some walk in customers came in to get their nails done, and Helen told me to move and that I was fine to go. My nails weren't even dry and with in 5 minutes my nail polish was wrecked because they were dried long enough. My nails fell off a week later, terrible service, don't ever go there!

I have been there for my nails quite a few times but i was seriously disappointed when she had others doing my nails instead of her. I had 1 girl take 2 1/2 hours to do my nails! This is crazy! The last time i got my nails done i had Helen and another younger girl doing my nails at the same time. I had Helen doing my nails on one hand and the other girl sanding my nails. she sanded them so much that my nails were so thin and had a lot of red lines on it so it showed under my artificial nails since i only wanted a clear coat over it. These porcelaine nails lasted only 4 days! They were made very fast and too thin as well. After that incident i never returned to her spa again. ANOTHER THING TO WATCH FOR FROM HELEN!! BEWARE THAT SOME OF HER NU SKIN PRODUCTS ARE FAKE!!! I bought some products from her that are the real thing but than i bought a Nu Skin Age Loc product from her that I paid over $200.00 for that is made in China, it is a fake Nu Skin product. DO NOT BUY FROM HER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT SELL ALL REAL NU SKIN PRODUCTS. THOSE FAKE PRODUCTS CAN BE DANGEROUS FOR YOUR SKIN BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW WHAT INGREDIENTS THESE CHINESE PEOPLE PUT IN THEIR FAKE CREAMS OR SERUMS. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR NAILS OR NU SKIN PRODUCTS!!!!

Very very bad place not at all recommended, I just walked in to get upper lips and chin waxing done they did it so badly that my skin got burnt and it pained for two days, I got red color burn on my face and couldn't go out of home for three days!, if they don't know how to wax not sure why they are doing it!

Unclean office, toe nails fell off two days after getting them done, over charge for nails not removed just painted over, Hurd hep rumours
