I have never had a complaint. Joel makes sure that you know what you are paying for. He will tell what needs to be repaired and what can wait. Excellent service.  I would recommend Ace Automotive for any mechanical problems you maybe having. You are in good hands.

Love the way they do business, you always know what your paying for never any surprises! Joel went above and beyond explaining everything, his staff even double checked that I had no questions or concerns when I came back to re torque my tires. Hands down best shop I've ever been too, you don't leave feeling screwed over like every other shop in town.

Joel and his team are very thorough.  He always checks with the owner before he does extra work.  No surprises.  They are awesome.

I can't even begin to describe how happy I was to discover this mom and pop type of mechanic shop.  Talking to Joel was very frank and honest and the man stood by his exact quote even though I know my old truck caused him some grief.   I bought a used truck with the check engine light on and I just didn't worry about it because the engine ran fine.  He fixed the problem there and even pointed a few other things out for me on my truck.   I really can't say enough positive about my experience with Joel and Ace Automotive!  Thank you and i will definitely recommend to all my friends.

EXCELLENT!!! We were in a pinch with our van gushing oil and an upcoming July long weekend.  We couldn't get into our regular mechanic until a week past and that wouldn't do.  We figured we knew the diagnosis, but needed a hoist and second opinion.  We took it to OK tire since they could fit us in in such a pinch.  They gave us a completely different diagnosis and a quote of thousands, in fact they hinted we might not want them to fix it because it would be so costly!!! We decided to try a totally new mechanic in Lacombe.   We told Joel our predicament and that our vehicle was hemorrhaging oil. He squeezed it in to diagnose, and listened to us when we told him what we figured the issue was.  He diagnosed it and agreed it was, the same issue we figured it was.  He also went through it with a fine tooth comb  on a later day to bring to our attention other issues that we had overlooked or neglected.  We did have to wait for parts but it was fixed the day he said it would for less than a third of what we were quoted earlier.  Joel was so good with spending the time with us to explain what he had found and was up front and honest about things.  He was completely conscious of financial costs of repair work, and it felt he was taking care of us in the same way he would want to be taken care of.  His explanations were easy to understand and he is obviously a leader in his trade!  His credentials are impressive and he and his staff will definitely be seeing all our vehicles in the future!  Thank you Ace Auto and staff!!!
