The service was fantastic and the people are very friendly. Helping me get what I needed. I’d definitely go there every time I need any service done for my truck.

I appreciate the integrity of the people at this establishment. They fix what needs repairing and don't try to make work. I like the attentive service and pleasant friendly staff.

I stopped by to see if they would honor the warranty on my back 2 tires I purchased from Kal Tire. The warranty stated 120,000 km and they are now separating at 65,000 km later. A little less than half the stated tread warranty. All I got was excuse after excuse about the wheel alignment being out; balance out; me spending 135.00 for an alignment and then pro-rating them based on the alignment. There was no way I was going to get any kind of proper warranty. Actually quite rude in telling me that it was all my fault. I will never ever deal with this Kal Tire location again. I went over to Fountain Tire, and they told me that they would have honored my requests, and no questions asked. Guess where I will be going for my set of tires?

We bought tires from them last year in October and I have a tire leak, I brought it in today and they didn't have my car registered, which is weird. But they fit me in ASAP as I have all 3 of my kids with me. Very happy that they were so accommodating.
