My family tends to wander the aisles exploring everything in sight, so we are not exactly low profile shoppers. Seeing him recognize us and jump right back into helping made the experience feel personal, not transactional.nnBecause of Noel, Rona is no longer our last resort. It is our first stop. Great guy, amazing customer service, and there is something refreshing about being greeted by a friendly, familiar face when you walk through the doors.nnWe will always choose Rona because of Noel.

My wife and I went shopping for certain appliances Stove, dishwasher and Microwave for our kitchen Reno.nWe saw what we liked and needed advice and product information.nFortunately the department manager Ramzi was available to service our needs.nWe ended up adding a Fridge to our list----and were happy with our decision.nAlso----prior to that Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful helping us decide on our sink and tap.nWe're looking forward to the end result.

Very large and spacious Rona home hardware store. The ceiling has lots of skylights letting natural light come in. Lots of product selection here, and prices are competitive with Home Depot. Conveniently located off the 401 and Brock Road.

I had such a great experience at the RONA in Pickering! Jason went above and beyond helping me load 20 heavy 18” x 18” stones into my truck along with a 60 lb bag of gravel. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the process so much easier.nnSusan in the garden seasonal department was also a pleasure to deal with—very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Susan was equally friendly and helpful, which made my shopping trip that much more enjoyable.nnIt’s not often you come across such a wonderful team, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from Jason, Susan.
