Very large and spacious Rona home hardware store. The ceiling has lots of skylights letting natural light come in. Lots of product selection here, and prices are competitive with Home Depot. Conveniently located off the 401 and Brock Road.

Unfortunately our 10 year old dishwasher finally kicked the can and we were desperately searching for a new one that was reasonably priced and had the functionality we were looking for.nnWe visited the appliance department at RONA and were greeted by Uday. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the various dishwasher manufacturers. He also did not push the most expensive dishwasher on us and offered us options from the low end to the high end. He guided us in our decision making to help us settle on the best product in our price range.nnThe entire process was seamless and he offered us some great advice on how to maximize our warranty. The dates he promised for delivery and installation were all met and we are enjoying our new LG dishwasher. Thank you again Uday for your service, advice and professionalism.

Great experience. Their staff is always willing to help and ask if any help is needed. We went in to replace a bathroom fan motor and Noel was very knowledgeable. He gave us product recommendations and some solutions to try and fix our existing motor instead of replacing it the model we have wasn't sold anymore. After our pleasant interaction with Noel, I noticed multiple other staff members offering to help us find aisles/products for our other needs. Great staff, great service, knowledgeable employees. Location was clean.

Just excellent customer service from an associate named Noel. Noel saw me, approached me, listen to what I needed and helped find a solution. Just an all around nice person. Came here to pick up some plumbing supplies.nIt was clean.nBut absolutely no one was around to assist.nPrices for moat products were higher than home depot - but they did have some items on clearance including paint.nProbably wouldn't come back here again unless I urgently needed something and it wasn't being sold anywhere else
