I had an excellent experience at the Staples Canada print shop thanks to Narthika. Her customer service was outstanding—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, made great suggestions, and ensured everything was done perfectly and on time. It’s rare to get this level of care and attention these days. Huge thanks to Narthika for making the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this store - primarily because of the excellent customer service of Hariansh Choudhary.nnFrankly I would not consider Staples as a choice for cellphones if it were not for Hariansh's excellent plan and product knowledge.nnWe ended up taking 4 lines...nnWish him the very best in his career.

I received excellent service from Hariansh at Staples. He helped me find a more affordable mobile plan and explained everything clearly. He was friendly, energetic, and truly cared about helping me. I really appreciate his support and positive attitude. Great experience overall

No, I understand why the rating of the store is very low. I feel it today. The staff is very good at printing centre but the person who was closing tonight was very rude. I don’t know the name but Was Indian fellow I entered the store at 4:30 and he started saying that we are going to be closing early today so we only have five minutes after that. He was yelling loud at the staff. You guys need to clean up hair clean up here. I get it. It was a storm today but now it’s over. You cannot do that in front of customers or to the customers store have timing is closed at 5 o’clock.nHe closed the incoming doors of the store 15 minutes before.

This is by far the worst staples you can ever go to. Not only that, but staples as a whole sucks. First, they are being more selective with returning items to that specific store. You cannot return to any staples even with receipt.nnNext, I'm at Staples to return something and was just walking around. Saw a mouse I bought went on sale by $20. I ask em if they price check and they said yes. But I need the original receipt. I was like dude I know you can look it up in your system.nThe store manager is like begrudgingly doing it. It's no wonder they don't do customer accounts which show purchase history.nnLast, I bought a monitor and within a week, I was getting a black screen. Wouldn't warranty it without original packaging even with receipt. I was asking for a straight up swap with video of it black screening. I had to go LG to warranty it which took forever and I had to drive it over an hour to the closest repair shop.nnIn short, keep all packaging, receipt, or just straight up don't shop from here.
