I think they are very rude at the belleville store never met ruder people they shouldn't be in customer service why they closed Pickering and not belleville is beyond me dealt with Pickering never had this issue at all they were there for you. I have been paying for a TV for over a year and they tell me I owe another thousand on it so for a 600 dollar TV they charged me well over 2000 dollars and changed my payment date on me and then wanted to charge me late fees I think my next option is a lawyer as I am very unsatisfied and to boot the TV was suppose to be on sale lmao

-, what a joke this company is. Customer service is terrible. They send half starved people that have no experience moving or unpacking furniture, they cause damages leaving marks on the furniture. Called Kathie I believe that's her name she yelled at us telling us we made the damages. They pretend to be giving you a deal when in fact the furniture is not brand new, like they're telling you. The furniture is old and off lease and you're only told this when you complain about the quality. When you're shopping they're giving you a "deal" on brand new furniture when they deliver it, it's your problem. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE THEY'RE LIARS.

Stupid idiot on the phone. Lady was so rude to me. I went to another store and they said my address was not in their delivery area so they gave me the number to this location. I called to ask her and she was nothing but rude and acted like a bit**!!

Don’t even deserve one star! This company should be sued and shut down! This company put items under my friends name without consent nor did they call her when someone who wanted to use her name under items! She had no one calling her to make sure if it was okay and if they had permission! I will be closing my account and never doing business with this company again so disgusting!

I can't get my order online and had terrible customer service. This site is just not letting me shop for what I need and I've tried in my cell and on someones computer. I even called and got two female sales rep who were terrible at customer setvice

Ken is the new store manager he is amazing at solving any customer issues and goes out of his way for each one I had an issue earlier today he went out of his way on his day off to contact me and make the situation right I would recommend this store to anyone who is considering renting to own
