Happy customers! My husband and I purchased a bedroom set of a very good quality and the price was fair. We are continuously checking the store for some accessories and for future purchases of furniture or mattresses will be the first place to go to. Customer service was excellent and easy process of finalizing the sale and delivery. I am sure is the best store for everybody even if we all do have different taste or style.

We bought a 3 piece sofa set for our living room as well as a dining room set for 8 back in September 2017. We are very unhappy with the service provided and will not use them again. They delivered the furniture without protecting the floors and scratched my wooden floors. The base of the dining table was sticky and would have damaged the floors if we had to set it down as it was. The delivery guys took no care whatsoever to ensure that they did not damage the home. The living room set wad only delivered in part with one incorrect chair being delivered and no cushions. We are still waiting for the single seater to be delivered. We had to pick the cushions up ourselves and that took multiple visits and numerous phone calls. We gave them many opportunities to rectify their mistakes. They don't appear to care once they have your money. Sad!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ****This place is a complete scam! *** We bought a real leather sectional couch from here. When we finally got it, the sewing was coming out in the seams and a spring was sticking out on one of the pieces. We emailed/called even went in person to have it replaced. Because I was losing my temper after several months of no response the owner promised he would call with the new piece. A week later movers just showed up at my house with the ‘new piece’. Luckily I was home. It was raining, the new couch had no plastic on it, the movers just walked in with muddy-wet shoes scraping my wall and front door bringing it in. After they left I started wiping it down and it was filthy! I realized the new seat was the display as there were blue jean marks from people sitting on it. My husband stopped at the store on his way home, sat down on our old couch now in the store on display and felt the spring that had been sticking out. The manager apologized that he tried to scam us, and that he couldn’t get the new couch on the date he had promised so he thought he would pull a fast one and give us a dirty display couch. He eventually did give us a new couch after months but we had to keep the display one for a while. And it doesn’t end there..... not even a year later, that same new replacement, the frame completely broke and was sagging. Again we emailed and called for over 6 months. No replies. And when we would call they always pretend the owner isn’t in etc.and give us a different email to contact. Finally we went in person. The owner tried to say he was the ‘new’ owner and he’s in no way affiliated and gave me the phone number for the ‘old’ owner. I told him I was calling right then while I was in the store. After asking him some questions I find out they’re all affiliated owners with the other Friends Furniture in Brampton etc. When he got caught in his lie he started swearing at us and kicked us out of the store, locked it up and closed it early lol They’re all just scammers. Someone did call us back and tried to charge us $250 to fix it but we declined and got someone else to fix it.

Very poor service. Brought full bedroom , first delivery is 2 week late then delivery guy they dont even assembled the bed. They just delivered and said 100$ extra for assemble. The guy on shop told us delivery and installments is free. Then material is so cheap cracked and scratched from corners. I will not recommend this shop for buying furniture.

Dealing with this store has been a nightmare, I purchased my sofa and coffee table in May, and it took 3months to get the love seat exchanged because one of the areas were damaged. They said they will replace it and instead of showing up with a brand new piece they come to my house with the same love seat and in even wore condition. finally after making a dozen phone calls and visiting the store they show up a month later with the new loveseat. I purchased the coffee table at the same time and also paid in full. As of today I still do not have my coffee table and they refuse to give me back my money which they have been holding onto since May 8th. These guys have the worst possible customer service and they never return your phone calls and when they tell you they will call you...Nope never do they call you. I'm done dealing with these people. I will contacting the police today to go to the shop and get my money because I do not see them giving me my money back. If you want more details on this horrific experience let me know and I will share. The only reason why you see a one star is because without selecting I am unable to post my review. Unsatisfied customer.

Terrible service. Bought a dining table that came with a broken chair, was told to send a picture to their "customer service" address and would have it replaced by the following week. Fast forward a month, and 3 calls to the store, I ended up walking in unannounced with the broken chair and had it replaced with a floor model. The manager wasn't apologetic, instead claimed this was the first time he'd heard of the issue I had email's as proof - nevertheless, he assured me a new chair would be sent to my home within that week ;its been a month since then and no delivery :

Needed a simple double box spring. Went in on Saturday September 8 and paid for it. They told me shod be in on Thursday September 13th and they would call. No call so gave it the weekend and still no call. Went went into the store and it was in but they did not have anything to tie it down to my car which is on me but they offered free delivery. I have been it is now September 26. I have been give 3 dates and still no delivery. They called me for my address at 630 and said they are on their way - I live 15 mins conservatively from the store - it is now 7:44 and when I called the number of the delivery guy they hung up and I called back and the straight to answering machine.... Called again. They said 15-20 mins. Let's wait and see.

The owner or employee overhere was saying all the time: "I dont have time, I am too busy" even store was empty. First time I though OK it may happened even it is not my problem, but when I came second time to pickup matres he didnt want to help at all or to wait me to fail car seats because he doesn't have time... It is quite rude, I said to him, than return money if you dont have time, and he said it is too late now and just run back inside..!!!!

The furnitures were exceptionally of good quality and great selections too! The Salesmen were friendly and informative. I highly recommend Friends Furniture to check out their amazing pieces.

Absolute Scam. Randy the supposed owner is unprofessional and extremely rude. Based on his personality it is my greatest recommendation that he receives therapy and counseling as well as many customer service classes.
