It's a big box store so you aren't going to get the level of help smaller stores in the area can provide. That being said, I've generally spoken to staff that are polite, helpful and relatively knowledgeable. The prices are good and they have a ton of stuff, though occasionally how it's organized puzzles me.

Jon assisted me on my kitchen cabinets beens this was my first time remodeling. Jon walked me through each step & designed me a beautiful kitchen! Appreciated his time!

For most part know what i want and where to find it. Checkout lady was great. However, could have used help. Three male employees standing 10 feet away chatting. Not a good look.

Some of the guys don't seem to know much about anything beyond their department. I asked for hardware cloth and had to describe what it was and what I wanted to use it for. Then they "thought" they knew where it would be. Rather than helping me find it just suggested several aisles it could be on. 3 associates just standing on an aisle BSing and not one could take time to walk me to a product? Fail on customer service. The garden center on the other hand was phenomenal! Gave me several options. And showed me other things that could work.
