Les Schwab Tire Center

I was traveling to Bend, OR when I felt my steering wheel vibrate at speeds of 65+. I stopped in at Les Schwab in Yakima and even though they were extremely busy, the young man at the counter was very reassuring and eager to help me. They realized I needed my tires balanced and took care of it in a timely manner. My car then drove fine with no problems. THANK YOU!

I checked in 3 different tire places and the prices for studded wheels varied significantly. My last place to check was Les Schwab and I found the best deal there.

I have alkways loved visiting Las Schwab...when I purchased my first vehicle 12 years ago I was a novice buyer and didn't really check the tires. The guy sold them pretty worn because one day while taking a turn over train tracks, which as we know are very badly maintained in the roads in Yakima, two of the tires on the same side just popped and were gone. I was barely 18 at the time and had know credit. Really very little cash. They gave me a line of credit and 4 Toyo Tires for 17 inch rim rated at 70 000 miles road use. I think it was 750 for the set and install.... I only put about one or two hundred down and financed the rest. They were great. Always love this company....Always approve the purchase of a battery or tires or service and on credit. They offer 90 days same as cash, if you pay balance in full in 90 days no interest. Icing on the cake...Always have warm coffee and popcorn. Lastly, they are always quick to fill and check the pressure on your tires. Love Les Scwhab!

I am really upset. I went to Les Schwab on Yakima Ave and told them the steering wheel vibrated at speeds above 60 mph. They told me it was a wheel bearing going out and that I need an alignment. That was $677. The problem was not fixed, so I went back. They rode balanced the tires and told me I need new struts and bushings for $997. I decided to get a second opinion. I took it over to Stewart Subaru. The put the car on a lift...showed me that the struts were fine and told me it was not a wheel bearing going out, my rotors just needed to be turned....I think I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!

Great help replaced stripped wheel stud without a charge.
