Sleep Country

If you are going to leave a sign on the door saying you will be back in 15 min maybe say what time you will return, I don't have time to stand there and wait, I don't know when you put up the sign.

I've bought from this place for the last 5 years or so and the experience has been consistently good. The location is typically quiet enough that you can get one-on-one service, which is most recommended. If there's several customers, you might find the experience disorganized and the location understaffed.

Insanely disorganized purchase experience. Had one bed come in three separate shipments because of multiple, multiple errors. This meant 3 separate days I had to make myself available for delivery at my home. Purchased a day bed for my daughter a few days before Black Friday, received an okay deal on bed and two mattresses, sales person did the regular, "must buy right now if you want this wonderful deal" schpiel. Didn't receive the entire order until over 2 weeks which meant my parents who were visiting in town within that time had to get a hotel as there was no bed for them. The delivery guys on the second visit did not have proper tools to set up the bed so I offered for them to use my own. I had to ask for compensation for these mishaps which was initially denied and then the sales person said, "I'll throw in a $160 pillow". I never received said pillow or anything but a, "thank you for understanding" from Sleep Country. Thing is, I don't understand why I had to be put out this much. Just because I'm a kind enough person not too jump down your throat over the phone does not give you as a company allowance to take advantage of me. Supremely dissapointed, will never purchase from SC again. We bought our own bed from Mister Mattress, they were excellent- should have used them for this purchase.
