Horrible , horrible ... I alway like thi store and would come by anytime I am close by this area for my house stuffs . Bought a Dyson V8 absolute vacuum here , August 8/2016 after first use it out of battery in 20 minutes then I have to wait few more hours to recharge vacuum , Outside of the box a big add 40 minutes , didnt say about higher setting or lower setting , I lost my receive and the lady names Nadia the manager wouldn't want to do the return . I told her I bought it here 3 weeks ago and she said every where sale this vacuum ,I know that every where else have it but I bought it here , I use the bay Creditcard then she ask me for credit card statement , I call the credit card service and ask them to verified it with her , she took off for awhile then come back she did my return , the whole time she was mad ... keep lecture me , ( why don't you read the instruction before use , it is a big purchase if did read the instruction then I am not out of $700 ,I can't not sale this vacumm now ) well after long lecturing , done the refund she REFUSED to give me a reiceive for the refund .She said because I don't have receive she does not have to give me any receive ,after a long leture a gain she finally ask one of her coworker go and copy a receive for me . What a mean and bitter women who know to make some one feel horrible ... I really like the store but surely not the service here

This place has the best team of folks willing to help you hands down get the best from what you need to outfit your home with. We have been to a lot of other shops, but none compares to the one at 805 Boyd St. New Westminster! We got our Kitchen Aid, Breville and Lacostina from here. Price match? Of course and even better deals! Totally recommend this place
