Their sofa didn't last more than 3 years  Purchased a sectional sofa here back in 2016. The major reason that I chose the sofa was that it was very puffy and comfortable.  The sale associate advised me that leather gel was a new material they use and it was enduring, easy to clean, and not easy to tear. In about 2-3 years it started to break apart, especially at the high contact spots. When it was 2020 I couldn't stand it anymore so I bought a sofa cover to hide it.  Today I decided to switch the cover and realize the leather gel is completely peeling off. I would have thrown the sofa away if I never had the cover since it is just disgusting to look at now. But I guess I can keep it for a few more years till it breaks down further.  I regret not budgeting more for the sofa and didn't choose something from a more trustworthy or mainstream furniture store. But then again, I had limited funding as I just purchased my first home at the time.

Bought Sabrina sectional in slate fabric, absolutely loving it, amazing product.  I Went to other furniture stores where there sales staff was extremely pushy and I ended up leaving the store as there was no breathing room to just experience the products but I was suggested accentsathome and I am so grateful.  Such an amazing experience, was in the store for an hour, the sales staff and the manager were extremely patience and informative. Even told us how they have options for custom furniture with Decorest.  I want to praise the interior designer of the store as well. Such a pleasure dealing with the entire team, highly recommending anyone who wants to purchase furniture and are looking for something affordable and great quality!

I had overall a great experience. The delivery was smooth and quick. They did everything : put the furniture in place and get a rid of the of the packaging.  I’m very happy with my new furniture! Thank you Catherine for the assistance:

Catherine was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond trying to hunt down a sideboard/media console that matched the kitchen set that I purchased since my other choice would’ve needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. I have to say the itens I bought were not in store so I solely relied on the website. The pictures did not disappoint, items are even more beautiful in person. Catherine answered all my questions and was very communicative thru email and calls to keep me in the loop. Kitchen set and sideboard/media console were delivered same day. Delivery guys assembled the items in no time. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Catherine is helpful and friendly when I walk into the store. Really love this sofa I bought from accents@home. It looks nice, and seat cushion is perfect.

We had a wonderful experience at Accents at Metropolis. Catherine was jolly and wonderful! She helped us with selecting our furniture and even followed up to make sure everything got delivered on time. Exceptional customer service. Their furniture is chic and modern and of very high quality. Highly recommend!

Parth went above and beyond to help with getting the couch I wanted. He did clear and quick follow up and helped get measurements of the product to determine if we could fit it in the car.  The product itself was damaged under the wrapping, the area where the screw hole was made in the wood frame was snapped and I taped it back together. As I picked it up myself, I didn’t want to bother calling support and took ownership of the goods although still disappointing.

Purchased a sofa, loveseat, center table, dining table and chairs. It looks amazing….very happy! We made a Correct decision of buying it from accents. Catherine helped us alot and her suggestions were all great! She played a big role to make our house look pretty!

The dining table looks great in the dining room but it is their top notch customer service that makes all the the difference. Tks Cat at Metrotown Store who helped us out a lot in the selection, ordering and delivery coordination. Keep the good job, Cat!

Ordered a grey sofa bed. The first one we had delivered was missing the front panel and the zip on the mattress broke the first time I touched it. Went to see Parth at the metrotown shop who went out of his way to help us resolve the issue. It took a few weeks but we had a new one delivered which had no faults.
