I wanted a touch up of my current hair style, an asymmetrical bob. When I went in, the guy washed my hair, but he decided I wasn't lowering myself fast enough into the sink and grabbed me by my hair and yanked me into sink. During the haircut, he used a hand razor to take length off the back of my head, and now I have really intense razor burn along the nape of my neck. I won't be going back.

Less than Ordinary Sam is super grumpy old man, seemed like anything would turn him off. Kept ranting about his aging back, his legs, working hours and several other afflictions of his life 1st thing in the morning. Leave alone the plesantaries and cool barber-client conversation. Joins in this other similar aged woman hairstylist and she couldnt stop complaining about this one client she dealt with. Conversations right above my head! Then he goes away for 5 min to take a call leaving me hanging in the chair. You dont want tis kind of negativity for an ordinary haircut.
