I had an amazing experience and my hair looks amazing ! Kelly was amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair I’m very impressed. Amazing service , very friendly :) 10/10 would book her again. West Edmonton mall location.

I go to Sohlia everytime I need my hair done. My hair is frizzy and curly and very hard to manage. She does a great job everytime

Be very weary about the Beauty advisers that work at this location. If they are out of stock of certain products, they will tell the customer that the company discontinued said product just so the customer will not go looking at other salons. This is NOT good business ethic! I work at a salon in WEM and I am constantly sending clients to this location when we don't have the items they are looking for - not anymore. Just today I had an eldery woman come into my shop shocked to see the Devacurl line because the girls at Chatters told them it was discontinued. Not only is this bad business for them, but as well as the Devacurl company. They need to smarten up and put the customers needs first - not their commission. Very disappointed to see that this is still going on.

I went to chatters last week in west Edmonton mall for cut and style and I really had a good experience! Sohila did an amazing job!

SO OVERPRICED!!!! I got one streak in my hair dyed and it cost $80!!!!! 
When I looked at my receipt, they charged  $40 just for the foil alone! And then another $25 for the lady to blow dry my hair after washing it!!! 
I would of thought blow drying would be standard procedure. 
It would of been nice to know the prices before I had to pay such a ridiculous amount 
When I asked the girl at the till why it was so expensive for just 1 streak, her response was "it's the foil, and every salon is different", then she turned up her nose!
