I would 100% recommend Ally. Moving to a different city I was very nervous for having some new cut and color my hair. Ally did an fantastic job! She let me know how much she was going to cut off to make sure it was okay with me. When she colored my hair she did a great job matching my roots to the rest of my hair. Ally has done lots to my hair to bring it back to life and it grew drastically. Very happy I found such a great stylist.

Just left Chatters in Kingsway mall and had an absolutely phenomenal experience. First of all, they were able to fit me in as a walk in with only a 30 minute wait. I have been trying to book an appointment and found nothing available for this weekend for both a cut and getting my eye brows done. I had Isra for both my cut and wax and she was amazing. As soon as I sat down she seemed to read my mind for what I wanted with my hair (layers to bring out the curl and body, less weight on top, keep the length as much as possible). We had a great chat while she went to work and she explained the techniques to me, as well as giving me great tips for how to style with a diffuser! I feel like thanks to her my morning routine will be 15 minutes faster which I love. Then when it came to my brows, she really listened to what I wanted. She respected my arch, didn't make them super skinny, and wasn't phased by my one weird eye brow. She showed them love and care which they were desperately in need of. She even took a minute to help me find product that will work to tame my frizz even though she had ANOTHER walk in waiting in her chair. I will absolutely be back and will recommend Isra to anyone in need of a fantastic stylist. I give her personally 10000000000 stars. This was my best haircut since moving to Edmonton nearly 4 years ago.

Ally is a talented stylist and colourist. For the first time, I'm happy with my haircut and she's done a great job of carefully lifting the brassiness from my lightened hair to correct what someone else had done. Not only that, she's friendly and personable. She explains her next move so that you are on mutual ground. No matter who I speak to on the phone, the booking staff is friendly. I love that this salon uses Olaplex and accommodates me so quickly! I was so pleasantly surprised by this hair salon in a mall!

I had an appointment with Ally (I chose her by chance when I booked online), and it was probably the best hair cutting experience I have ever had. I recently moved here from Ottawa, and in the almost 12 years that I lived there, I had not found a good hairstylist. So, imagine my surprise that after a mere 5 days in this city, I stumble across a lady who gives me perhaps the best haircut I've ever gotten. She was extremely thorough; she explained each and every step she was taking. Before making a cut, she would show me the length and ask if I was okay with it. On top of being attentive and diligent, she was also super sweet and bubbly. I also adored how she styled my hair afterwards. My hair is very thin and straight and as a result it does not hold curl very well; it usually falls flat within an hour or so. I had it "profesionally" curled while I was in a wedding party a few years ago, and by the time the ceremony rolled around, it had gone practically straight. It has been several hours since my appointment with Ally, and my hair looks just as lovely as when I left. I have no idea how she managed it, but I am thrilled! All in all, it was an amazing experience. The salon itself was clean, the service was great and I will definitely be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone! I can't say much about the other stylists, but after checking out their clients, they all seem rather talented as well!

Went for haircut. Quoted $42 paid way more. She touched my ear with flat iron, ouch! Won't go again.
