Very bad customer service! You have to wait a long time to be served and they make a lot of mistakes when it comes to the birth list. As a new mom you spend so much useless time there simply because they are too slow! Also, the prices are higher than in other baby stores for the same item!
Bought articles online. When the services goes well, it is great. When not, it gets very struggling and annoying! I asked for the delay of a refund and got an unfriendly reply. I love the products they offer but their online customer service needs big improvements !
I love this shop. Absolute top shop! Incredible motivated people who totally understand their job! Really verry nice attitude and atmosphere. Not expensive. Price/Quality is good. Only thing is that you really can feel that most parents are really stressed. Relax. Enjoy this relaxing moment. Zen
If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Was an expectant mothers worst nightmare. What should have been a glorious time they managed to ruin it. I'd rather be drug over glass then ever deal with anyone from there again. Instead of fixing issues such as a broken glide chair we ordered and the wrong nuna delivered; they choose to call and try and continuously sell high price items to us. They never returned calls. They would put us on hold and never return. It took over three months to get both issues handled. Well past our child's delivery. Never once did they offer an apology.
Customer service is very poor. They all say they'll call you back but if you don't call yourself you're never hear from them. Got treated like kid when addressing the problems. Made expecting my first born more stressful than needed.
We had a very smooth experience with the Baby's corner. Being new parents made us hesitate a lot, but the friendly staff helped us create a baby list that's still relevant for everyday use.
