Welcome to Lotus, a wellness center in the form of a restaurant, where organic & ‘something for everyone’ is the foundation. We believe in knowing where food comes from & that it’s free of hormones, chemicals & other additives. We support responsible & sustainable farming to ensure that future generations can share in the same bounty you find before you. We are committed to all organic ingredients down to spices & condiments. Our meats are organic & humanely raised in pastures. We use Paleo friendly oils. We cater to all eating styles including Paleo, vegan, vegetarian & raw. We prepare all our offerings from scratch & understand allergy related concerns & food restrictions.

Ok. Ive travelled... A lot. Somehow this place has found its way to my top 3 favorite places to eat. Finding good food up here (any good food, not just vegan) is tough. This place is stylish, quiet, and respectable in menu. Go... If you're in Jackson, go. Its pricey, but it's worth it. From the service, to the french fries, everything was perfect.

I always come to this restaurant whenever I'm in Jackson or make a point to drive through Jackson when visiting nearby just so I can come here. So many healthy food options to choose from and all of their food are awesome. After finishing my meal and juice/smoothie, I feel so healthy and good. Their breakfast (especially blue corn-banana cakes) and the bowls for lunch/dinner are must get.

Staff is very friendly. Went for the 1st time and ordered take out Truffle fries and Truffle /Asparagus Soup. The fries we not good 😣 But the soup was amazing😙. They also have great muffins🖒🖒 . The donut I tried was not good to me , dense and Def not like a reg donut. I get an amazing apple cider donut at home in Pittsburgh at the gluten free goat bakery -Amazing!

Ordered the Thai green curry bowl (vegan). No tofu or mock meat. It was just a thin soupy bowl of very thin broth with some lightly cooked veggies. Had to order a side of tofu and add siriacha. Expensive and not like a real green curry with creamy coconut sauce. Otherwise, nice service and ambiance. I would probably come back for a shot at breakfast.

I want to give this place 5 stars. I love what they're doing. I love the set up. Great for people that are gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. However, I wasn't pleased with my order. The smoothies are nothing extraordinary. Anyone with the fruit and a blender and make what they make. Except they charge 10 dollars. My green Thai curry was not a curry at all. It was more like a vegetable soup. There was no spice. I added almost half a bottle of their hot sauce to add some level of heat. To be fair, everyone else in my party loved their dishes. Overall this is a good spot.
