Story

OPENING MID-SEPTEMBER

Hand Fire Pizza is a casual, family-oriented restaurant that serves wood fired pizzas. To the extent possible, we utilize organic and locally sourced ingredients.

We are located in the historic Teton Theater, just north of Town Square. We have restored, repurposed, and retained much of the original structure, including its iconic marquee

Speaking as a native New Yorker with Very Strong Opinions about thin-crust pizza, Hand Fire makes excellent pizza. The crust is nice and thin and has the right amount of chew. The sauce is also very tasty. Prices for food and drink are reasonable, especially considering it's Jackson. Do be prepared to wait for a table if you go at peak periods, though -- this place can get busy.

Great pizza at not a bad price. Our server got overwhelmed and forgot about us but that's ok. It's an incredible setting in the historic movie theatre. They have done a great job refurbishing the building. The open ovens add a lot also.

I love this place! I have been needing a place with great gluten free pizza and this has been my answer. Very accommodating and lovely staff. Great, true wood fired pizza. Love the sauce....it's all about the sauce. ;)

Food was good but the service needs work. A male server/host sat us at our table of 3 and there were 4 table settings. One of my friends accidently knocks over a fork as he sits and the male staff member says "don't worry, you're using that one". We all laughed as we though it was a joke but he picked it up, put it back on the table and took away one of the clean sets of silverware. We just looked at each other in surprise. Food was decent though and the female waitress was nice. Just that bearded staff member that sat us at our table made us feel this isn't a place for tourists.

Great new restaurant! Great drinks, pizzas and really fun decor. Been there twice already - worthy new Jackson pizzeria
