Appears you should follow thru on your customer commitment and hire and pay your staff according to their skill level And happy people will sell more parts get the right part is important as well ! I personally have not had much of an issue other than some Outrageous pricing from time to time which usually gets resolved with a phone call! But I have however noticed the lack of concern as well!

Never had a problem with this establishment. Good selection, competitive pricing. It pays to comparison shop and depending on the item, this place can meet or beat most Auto Supply Stores.

I've been a customer of Lordco for years, and while their prices are reasonable for locally sourced parts, the customer experience is terrible more often than not. The Ladysmith store seems to be worse than the others; complete disinterest in the customer. I have been there twice in the last month, and both times left without making a purchase due to terrible service. I will do what I can to avoid this location in the future, and when possible I will go to Canadian Tire or I will order my parts online.
