My wife and i share the same review of Citrus Cycle . Quality products , and service one only dream about . It took us a year to decide , we tried bikes on several occasions and were never rushed or pressed. Kelly made us very comfortable with his honest and very informative aproach . This is very rare to find this kind of sincerity in todays market place . We searched with every bike shop on Vancouver Island . Not one, other than Citrus cycle had such a various display of ebikes , all of which you could try , and in a quiet country setting with hills and trails unlike many city stores that offer straight and level streets for demo . We are so impressed with Citrus Cycle. Kelly , thank you for your devotion to us . We are really pleased with our purchase . Very pleased with the staff and their responsiveness. These guys are bullet proof when it comes to customer service. A warranty issue came up for me and they jumped through hoops to make everything happen through the manufacturing company. Thank you for the hard work.
