Excellent service. The parts department know their stuff well. Neil, Mark, and Linden in the service department went out of their way to get my bike running properly. And Al is a great salesman to deal with for a new bike on the showroom floor. I recommend Mile Zero. 5 stars!

I recently brought my '07 HD Softail to Mile Zero for annual oil changes and check over.  This was my 2nd time using this shop for my HD and I was again impressed by how thorough the technician was in his review with me of the work completed and what I considered to be, a more than fair price. The technician is fully trained and experienced on my HD model motorcycle and he gave me complete confidence in making this shop my choice for future maintenance routines. Years previously, I was also very satisfied with work completed at Mile Zero on my BMW "F" series in having tire and chain replacements and have recommended them several times. Thank you to all.

It was so easy dealing with Mile Zero Motorsports and on a busy holiday weekend too. The buying experience was painless and pressure-free! The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. All in all, we received great customer service! This is the second bike we've bought here and I would recommend them without reservation. It's worth the drive and ride home!.

I have bought 3 motorcycles here.  The staff are great.  The prices are fair to both buyer and seller.

Always a great place to stop and browse the inventory. Staff is always knowledgeable and there is always parts in stock and lots of different apparel on the shelves. Can't go wrong with a purchase of a new bike from this shop.

I had spent significant amounts of time throughout the year planning this trip and servicing. It was as if I didn't do anything to plan when I showed up. I understand they are busy, but I expected a follow through of the years contacting.

Some very nice motorcycles for sale there and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

These guys have serviced 4 different rides for me over the years, from BMW’s to Suzukis to my 68 Yamaha, and never a problem. Have purchased a bike and gear from them with great reviews, and have several friends that have on my recommendation purchased here with good results as well. Thanks guys.

The most important part of any business is 'Customer service' and additionally feeling comfortable with all the department's. We have become consistent returning customers and best of all have been considered as friends. Mile Zero does go the extra 'Mile". Top recommendations....Doug and his team are awesome.
