The staffs in the store are awesomenBUT, be CAUTION, all the buyers, when you wanna return the stuff you bought here, you cannot just follow the receipt return instructions.nI recently bought a small manual staple gun which is sealed in a plastic pack not in a box. When I tried it and realized I picked the wrong size, I went back to the store tried to return it. As their manager said it has to be in an original package so they can resell it which is not a requirement that mentioned in the receipt return instructions. But who’s gonna keep the broken plastic sealed package after you opened it.. and as a tradesman I know 100% this is not gonna happened in other material stores. Kindly reminder that you may wanna keep in your mind when you purchase in this store.

A very rude man works here. When was shopping here for plumbing parts for my cabin I came in with no shoes on. As I was shopping an employee walked by me and instructed me to put some shoes on in a rude tone and did not even say excuse me or please. I told him i would be glad to but he would have to ask me in a polite fashion. He told me to f*** off then commanded me to leave the store but not before he forcefully ripped what I was buying from my hands and physically pushed me.nnI suspect the rest of the staff are polite and kind but be warned about the shorter, hefty, grey, balding angry man that does not know how to use kind words

Very friendly and helpful. Went to get wood and supplies. The staff went above and beyond to cut our lumber and everything was in stock!
