Shoppers Drug Mart Centuria

The pharmacy is Another useless cog in the local medical system.They misplace prescriptions sent by my doctor at least a third of the time. The attitude of pharmacy staff is that customers are clearly a nuisance at best and their health and well being is an extremely low priority.

The store is great! Except for a Customer Service Person named Beth. I have been insulted by her so many times, this Friday the 16th I will speak to the store Manager!

Pharmacy and store isn't have as good as it was when Steve Medew was running it. Wish he would come back fulltime.

It is 9:40, store opens at 9:00 and it just goes to a voicemail when trying to call the store, very frustrating.

*UPDATED* Fair warning, all the make-up I bought here varying brands of L'oreal, Maybeline, Revlon while on a trip was either cracked or basically expired - couldn't even check since it was all in packaging. Sadly a waste of money since they were un-usable or caused a reaction on my face. Results of reacting to SDM Response to call Customer Care lead me to a 2+ hour wait of multiple calls due to being disconnected from the first call, finally reporting my complaint, only to be told that all they can do is refer me to call the Customer Hotlines for each of the makeup product brands that affected my face. Not really customer service for a makeup bill that went un-usable..

My preferred Shopper's location in Kelowna. The pharmacist has always been great to deal with and super knowledgeable. Sure it's a smaller Shopper's so you can't get your passport photo taken here but selection is great, including the reduced to sell items, and staff is always pleasant even when a bit of a line forms up.

It's my favorite location to go to. Pharmacists are awesome every time. Great little dollar finds almost every week something different gets the price. Their little dollar bin is great. Atmosphere is welcoming.

Can’t really complain! The pharmacists there are prompt, knowledgeable, and funny. For a small store, there seems to be a lot of staff cleaning, restocking, etc. so I’ve never seen it look bad.

I've been going here for over 6Yrs the pharmacist is the BEST, has caught Dr's mistakes and gone out of his way.I've had nothing but good experiences with the rest of the staff.

From another province. Took my son in while he was having asthma attack for emergency medicine. Told to sit and wait, no other customers in store. Pharmacist was awful. Had to go elsewhere.
