Brandon was incredibly personable and helpful while facilitating the repair - his professionalism and demeanour were exceptional by any customer service standards.nnSebastian was also available at a moments notice for even further assistance. Via call merging, he spoke directly with Apple Support and myself - and in less than 5 minutes, his availability and communication resolved an issue that was expected to take 10+ business days. I picked up my phone within the next hour - and this was all on a Sunday!nnI would recommend Brandon and Sebastian in Tech/Apple at London Drugs in Airdrie to anyone looking for competent, friendly, and expertise for local tech assistance. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the London Drugs Photo Lab. After coming from a truly awful experience at another store, we were feeling frustrated and defeated. That all changed the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jackie and Brandon.nnFrom the start, Jackie and Brandon went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they assist us with our printing needs, but they also made us feel truly welcomed, valued, and even like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive one. They took the time to listen, support us, and ensure everything was exactly as we wanted.nnIt’s rare to find customer service this exceptional, and it deserves to be recognized. I come here a lot and i was pretty disappointed tonight... The guys in the tech department were talking to each other while i was shopping and they were using super disrespectful language and making sexual jokes while I was right behind them. on top of that they were not willing to work with me at all. I was interested in buying a new mouse and asked if we could open up the box so i could feel how it sits in my hand and they would not allow me...Il be going to buy one at memory express now as they have no problem doing that... I've been coming here weekly since they opened and I don't think I will be back anymore

If you need a medication this is probably not the place to go, three separate visits this year and three times they did not have the medications….nA suggestion to their staff, mention this when you take the prescription and not make people sick wait and assume they want to still wait for nothing.nnWe will start going to Costco.

We ordered three personalized mugs online from this London Drugs and they were ready within hours. Also, the cosmetics staff was very helpful when I was looking at men's colognes. We have had several other very positive experiences at this store. Really nice folks.
