Fast, Reasonable Price. The Gentleman knew exactly what he was doing. Diagnosed the leak in the washer quickly and I was lucky enough that he had the part installed. Washer is now running fine 20 mins and done. Best service call ever. Highly Recommend this company.

The Drain pump went on our LG front load washer at 8pm. I emailed ATA Appliance repairs that night looking for a repair date. The service tech called me back first thing in the morning and by 1pm the next day the new part was installed and the washer was up and running again. Great service and great experience. Would will be using them for all my appliance repairs in the future.

We use Ata for the appliances both at our home and at our rental properties. He does a great job and gives an honest opinion about what is worth repairing and what isn't. It's great to have a repair person that we can trust.

Diagnosed the problem and fixed my Samsung fridge. He had all the supplies and parts, no waiting! I did not have wait long for the appointment.

Called to book an appointment for the next day. instead of saying nicely he was on holidays and he was sorry He said he could try and help me over the phone. But he kept interrrupting me and then proceeded to tell me 5 times he was on holidays and cut me short. Quite rude and not helpful at all. Wow. It's ok to be on holidays I will just call someone else but you don't have to be rude about it. Poor customer service.
