This pharmacy is great if you want to be treated like an inconvenience and given a janky bottle that spills everywhere every time you try to get liquid out because the part you need to put the syringe into just pops out. Don't go back and ask for help, though, they have your money and care even less about customer service than they did when you were dropping off and picking up your prescription.nBefore shoppers H.O. comments to tell me to call the number, I'm not going to, I've told you what you need to know, it's in your hands now.

It used to be great, but the pharmacy has really gone downhill. For the second time we were told our prescription was ready only to show up and it 'got missed'. Then we have to wait another 10-15 minutes for it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I will be honest in saying that this is a location I have chosen not to come to for a long time mostly due to issues with the pharmacy and certain beauty boutique employees being pushy or too much , but my mother daughter and I really wanted some new makeup and skincare so we bite the bullet and could not have been more surprised Alejandra asked us if we wanted to do the survey but unfortunately we couldn’t find are receipts so figured this was the next best thing. I have never received such amazing and informative help from anyone at that store whenever we had a question about a products she knew the ingredients and provided us with such helpful analogies that my 60 year old mother could understand along with my 16 year old daughter. Her explanation on the points system and her calm and collected nature spoke volumes she wasn’t pushy and we truly felt like we were being heard. She even took time to get to know us. I know this because my name is Roberta but spelt Robert and she remembered and we even joked on it.nOne of her co workers interrupted are conversation in a bit of a rude tone and she still remained calm and continued to help us while answering her question. She even told us about how she really liked the pharmacy and I’m a bit convinced to try it out again. So if you’re looking for any cosmetics or skin care go there and ask for Alejandra it will change your life!

Rude staff, took forever to take my passport photo. Girl started helping other people at checkout. Took 30 minutes. Then when I mailed them at the post office there they never arrived at the destination. Don't trust the people here.

This shoppers drug mart is great. The Pharmacy team is wonderful. If I have any concerns at all they always are great to deal with. Always busy but they get my prescriptions done in time. Very clean store, always stocked. Prefer the cashier over the self checkouts. I enjoy the people interaction.
