I was in the PG location late last week and had the pleasure of dealing with the beauty manager, I think her name is Brynne apologies if that is incorrect. She listened to my skin care needs and helped me find the correct products and my skin has improved greatly with her suggestions. She is a delight to deal with and is funny too which is nice. I am from out of town but next time I return to Prince George I will come back and until then will order online. Thank you

London Drugs staff is normally great! I don't feel racially profiled when I come into this store, like I was at Shoppers Drug Mart at Pine Center Mall. So, I'll keep my business here, and I'll suggest my family all do the same! I haven't had a bad experience in the pharmacy, makeup counter, or front end. Friendly atmosphere and they've got some deals that can be pretty good.

Lady today at the lotto counter was very rude today around lunch time. She didn't greet me. Snatched my tickets and looked at me with the dirtiest look I've ever seen. I understand street people are out there. But you don't treat every single first nations people the way she did. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. This review will sadly fall on deaf ears though

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this location. I bought a 2-pack of batteries, but then got home and realized that they were the wrong ones. I was back at London Drugs within 20 minutes from time of purchase asking to exchange/refund them, but I was told no and the employee was not able to explain why this policy exists. They were completely unopened and I had my receipt. I am not sure if this is common procedure in most stores, but it would have been nice to have been notified that the batteries were non-refundable upon purchase, or at least given an explanation as to why they couldn’t be returned.

One of my favorite places to spend money. I had one of my worst shopping experiences in January. The cashier I ended up with didn't greet me, didn't make any conversation and gave me rude looks the whole time she was ringing my purchases through. I complained to management and have not had the same issue since.
