Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this location. I bought a 2-pack of batteries, but then got home and realized that they were the wrong ones. I was back at London Drugs within 20 minutes from time of purchase asking to exchange/refund them, but I was told no and the employee was not able to explain why this policy exists. They were completely unopened and I had my receipt. I am not sure if this is common procedure in most stores, but it would have been nice to have been notified that the batteries were non-refundable upon purchase, or at least given an explanation as to why they couldn’t be returned.

I went to London drugs phone booth to port my SIM card on Monday. Instead of helping me with the service; she just wanted me to go through customer service. FINALLY I had to teach her by operating my account in their computer. #poorcustomerservice #lackofattiquestes #unhelpfulstaff!

I thoughtlessly gave London drugs a bad review because I was having a very bad day a couple weeks ago following a hospital emergency visit. I have since made a couple more visits to London drugs and had great service, helpful staff and good product choices.

This store is a real gem for Prince George! From getting passport photos, prescription filled, gifts, or electronics london drugs has it all! And the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have to say I really feel for the staff with the amount of people who come in to steal and try to rip off the store. I can say each time I have been in here with my family we have seen someone on drugs trying to use washroom for refuge or someone stealing/shoplifting. It's disgusting that these people figure they can put employees and the store through this.nOur government needs to help the business and deal a harsh blow to these animals.nUpdate!!!January 18 2025nJust walking out of london drugs loss prevention officer stopped a bald man in a wool coat right behind us as we left store tonight. It's disgusting that a grown man would steal from a store like this. I'm posting a picture of his car we watched him leave after handing over the items. Good job on catching this pos just wish there were repercussions for the thief.

Staff was great, super helpful going out of their way looking for ways to help save me money on my prescriptions, they ended up being free. Thanks again Larry, so so much!!
