Shoppers Drug Mart

Don't bother calling this place. It takes over a minute for the machine to put you through to an actual person, and then costumer service didn't know whether they carried an item and transferred me and nearly 10 minutes later someone picked up and asked who I was supposed to be transferred to. Then put me on hold again. It took over 10 of my pay and talk minutes to not get through and gave up. I've also heard how the staff tends to ignore customers before closing. The time wasn't actually the closing hours yet, and the tills and doors were locked down 15 minutes early and everyone was gathered around a till talking and pretending the costumer didn't exist.

Never been disappointed when I go here, it's usually about once a week. Nice friendly staff and postal workers are great too

Bright and clean store. Has almost everything you'd expect in a Shoppers. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Staff follow me around like I don't notice (making sure I don't steal), can't blame them tho, I'm of mixed race.

Dealing with the Canada Post in the back of the store is rediculous. It is the day before Valentines day and im trying to get a hold of my package . I have had three employees today treat me like crap and snap at me . Shoppers please train your employees with better customer service.
