The Pharmacy will not answer the phone.nnEdit: since I can’t reply to your comment, I’ll edit this one.nnActually read the comments you’ve replied to. You’re not paying attention, or you don’t care. Maybe actually staff the pharmacy to have the capacity to answer the phone.

Pharmacy is unreliable. Constantly changing their open hours which are not reflected online or on their front door, poor communication, inconsistent service - some staff are rude and disrespectful while others are polite, and they make excuses rather than take accountability. Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

I'm STILL on hold. My third call over 2 hours in total! Like another customer, we were told my husband's prescription was not covered. BUT, last prescription we were told that, but an employee said it WAS covered, and a glitch in Shopper's system, not the insurance carriers. So, he puts in the latest script, to be called and told AGAIN, no coverage, but they would give him the paperwork to send in to cover it. WE ALREADY DID THIS. This is aggravating! Why don't the employees tell listen to us when we tell them it IS covered? Is it because they are swamped and don't have enough staff? If no one answers my phone call as I don't have a vehicle to go in person then it's yet again aNOTHER few days to get it filled, and another trip to your store. It's now 1 hour, 32 mins on hold...

Been a customer for decades but service is awful the past couple yearsnTaken 10 days, and multiple calls to get my prescriptionsnTold different stories, by different staff, and then when describing who I was speaking to on the phone by accent differences WAS ACCUSED OF BEING A RACIST!nnStill no meds.
