Everything is good, except for two employees.n1. The old white lady who works at the self-checkout. She was helping every white customer, asking if they needed any help, but when it came to me, she walked away. When I finished checking out and was ready to leave, I thanked her. She glanced at me and seemed pissed off, and didn't even say thank you back. She has such a good attitude; probably it's because the conservatives lost the election.n2. A young Muslim employee who has a black hijab all over her head. As I was walking to the bread section, this employee with a brown colleague were walking together. She saw me and burst into laughter, and she secretly pointed at me and said, “He’s so ugly.” Her laugh was so loud and all the people around the section were looking at her, She couldn’t stop laughing. The brown guy said, “It’s not that bad.“ I felt so awful and disgusting at that moment. Guess what, lady, your action has consequences; you can’t just be disrespectful to people and get no punishment. This is your Karma. You don’t even deserve a one-star; you are a 0 out of 10.nAll the other employees are nice and friendly, thank you.

Best Save On I've ever been to. Great product selection, very tidy, and the customer service is very decent, personable and helpful. You can really feel the passion that's been put into this place from everyone involved in its operation.

Disgusting behaviour by the security guards hired. Watching a security guard be crazy aggressive towards a young girl for stealing which she didn’t, as she had the receipt Grabbed super rough and pushed down to the ground. Twisting arm and hand back so hard leading to a possible sprain. This is absolutely disgusting and for the manager to just stand there and not do one thing about it, is equally disgusting. Shame on you

Received a delivery of a bouquet of flowers today from my daughter for Mother’s Day. They are not fresh! Rose petals are turning brown, one dead lily and the leaves on the lilies are turning brown! Very disappointing and so sad I had to inform my daughter which made her sad. I told her to complain but not sure she will.nAndria

Save-On-Foods is a comprehensive, if a bit expensive, grocery store. While they don't carry everything, they have quite a lot of the foods, toiletries, or pharmacy stuff you may be looking for. The staff are, in my experience, always friendly and happy to help out, which greatly improves the shopping experience. I would rate Save-On-Foods higher, but they tend to be expensive, unless you're a save-on-more cardholder and you only buy stuff on sale, as they attempt to be more upscale. I would prefer if they had prices that could compete with Superstore or other big box grocery stores.
