This has always been my pharmacy as the customer service has always been amazing. Up until recently past 4 months I’ve had nothing but issues and attitude regarding my prescriptions when it wasn’t my fault and between them and my dr office but yet I’ve been struggling as they put the issues on the customer instead of taking any responsibility and dealing with the issues in a professional manner. Mostly one pharmacist in particular he’s young and new. Not sure what to say but they need to do better!!!! And treat people with respect and do their jobs!!!!
I have always used this pharmacy and never had a problem until recently. They have the absolute worst customer service and have wasted my time and left me nearly missing doses of my medication. Their communication with customers is unclear and then they make you feel bad for misunderstanding. I will NEVER come back here and will immediately be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. Very unimpressed.
Worst customer service ever! I called at 1pm and asked if they had my prescription, they said they would have it filled by 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:30 and they said "oh we just received it right now, so you'll have to pick up tomorrow". I explained that I called at 1pm and they had it then, so they did not "just" recieve it... They said "not sure who you spoke to, we just recieved it". LIARS!
Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Ignorant to customers. They stand around chatting amongst themselves in the corner and ignore customers. Called to check on a prescription after 4 hours and was hung up on and can no longer get through to anyone.
This pharmacy used to be good, now it's probably the worst in town. Twice now prescriptions that were vital to have ready were not, workers were very disorganized and not helpful. I would highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. Not helpful, not polite and not professional.
If I could give less of a star I would. I've been a loyal pharmacy client for 7 years here in PG. However over the weekend they had some new employees working on Sunday that were just aweful. Refusal to fill a script as they seemed to figure I should have had more then I did which was nothing. I asked her to review my acct with them and she would see that the wording used was wrong. As it hadn't been updated when the script was renewed. Then it took 15 mins for a new boy to try and find my script i had already paid for... after the 15 minutes i waited, i was annoyed at the fact they wete warchi g this boy get frustrated with not help feom the other 2 new girls that i spoke up" Would one of you please help him find my script" the girl i had spoken to on the phone walked over grabbed my script from another that was filling scripts and threw them across the counter at me.more reasons to leave i may add...Regardless I pulled all my scripts and have moved to Costco. Better prices and lower surcharges for filling a bottle... 9.99 per script is alot when your there almost every week. Sometimes twice a week because they don't carry enough stock to fill scripts... I will miss some of the staff there however the good ones it seems are all being replaced by east Indian employees... not sure why and no I don't have problems with them. Most are very nice then there are others that just talk sh*t about you in their language..
I went to this place once and will only be once and I went due to the convenience of the proximity of the clinic. However what happened to me at this pharmacy was down right dangerous. I ordered medication, on pick up I noticed the medication looked different than usual. I asked the pharmacist was this my medication and if it was right. They quickly looked at the bottle and said yes, I later found out from a family member who is a pharmacist that my medication was wrong because they know what I usually had. It took her 10 mins to call and ask her colleagues to look me up in the system, something the pharmacist on my question should have done. Anyway when I went back for a refund, the pharmacist on site who issued it when "apologizing" used it as an opportunity to blame my doctor and myself for the mistake. The doctor I do not deny should take some responsibility, but the pharmacy is also responsible. This mistake could have been lethal, and when someone who has been taking the same medication for years inquires that something looks wrong, then that should be investigated not brushed off. I would advise everyone avoide this pharmacy, not for just the terrible customer service, but also for the clear lack of safety for any clients.
Every time I go here , there’s an issue . Not answering the phone . ..Either the helpers friend or relative is hanging out Within earshot of my transaction , or the pharmacist is loud talking about a discreet matter that I don’t need to discuss. One pharmacist is worried about confidentiality over the phone while another is asking me what medication I’m on before asking me my name . Horrible tact .
Terrible. Called to fill a prescription. Arrived at the store, they had no record of me calling. Had to wait 1.5 hours. This has happened 3 times so far. Yes I called the right number, we only have 1 loblaw pharmacy. Just today was told 20- 30 min wait. It's now been an hour, still not ready. No explanation as to what takes them so long, and I've gotten the wrong script before, so it's not like it's for quality control.
Waited in line for 40 minutes at the pick up window just to be told they did not have a prescription in that name, no figuring out what happened to the prescription that was dropped of 4 hours earlier. Spoke to the drop off window and found out they transfered it to another pharmacy without notifying us.
