I had such a great experience at Shoppers because of Ms. Forouz. She was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I was looking for a perfume and she helped me find it easily. Then she suggested a really nice gift set that came with the perfume, a body lotion, and a small travel-size spray, all for the same price. It was such a smart and thoughtful recommendation.nnI’m really thankful for her warm attitude and the way she helped me. She made my shopping experience so pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you so much Forouz.
I had a great experience at this Shoppers location. Anne was very polite and respectful, and she patiently helped guide me to find exactly what I was looking for. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Also, her colleague—whose name I unfortunately forgot—was very helpful as well. I truly enjoyed shopping here and highly recommend this branch!
I highly recommend Samar. She is expertise in cosmetic . Very patient and helpful. Not all the staff like their jobs these days but I can see she takes time to advise you the best with her experience and kindness.
This used to be my go-to Shoppers location, but by July 2025, my experiences here have noticeably declined. On recent visits, I’ve felt judged and unwelcome: especially due to the attitude of certain staff and the presence of an overly eager security guard. Instead of creating a sense of safety, it adds tension. It’s hard not to feel profiled just for existing in the space, especially when waiting for a prescription or browsing a little longer than usual. I’m gay, and I often shop for skincare and soaps, which shouldn’t be treated as suspicious. Whether it’s ignorance or bias, the experience feels uncomfortable and unnecessary.nnThe pharmacy has also been frustrating, which led me to switch to another location. Long wait times are rarely acknowledged, and I’ve been met with suspicion instead of support even when accessing basic non problematic MSP-covered medications like immunotherapy. It’s discouraging when patients are treated more like potential problems than people seeking care.nnCashiers often seem indifferent, with little effort to greet customers or ask if they found everything. It leaves the impression that customer service training is lacking. The post office experience isn’t much better. That said, the cosmetics and makeup counter tends to be more friendly and approachable, which I appreciate.nnThis store used to be a convenient spot to pick up essentials, books, decor, video games, and groceries. Now, it feels more like a place where you’re being watched than welcomed.nnI’m sharing this as constructive feedback, because I believe it can be improved. Late-night pharmacies are important, and I hope this store becomes a more welcoming, inclusive space again.
Shoppers Drug Mart has always been my go-to for everyday essentials, but my recent experience was disappointing. As I entered the store wearing my work clothes, a staff member in the beauty department looked at me in a way that made me feel judged—almost as if I was being profiled as someone who might steal. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, just a suspicious stare that made me feel very uncomfortable.nnLater, when I asked another staff member about a basic hair developer, I was told bluntly that whatever’s on the shelf is all they have, without even checking the back. However, I checked online afterward and saw that the product was listed as available at that exact location.nnAlthough I still made a purchase, I left the store feeling judged and unwelcome. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe customer service should be welcoming and respectful, regardless of their appearance or what they are purchasing.
