Shoppers Drug Mart

okay, so I do love shoppers, especially when I want to do some late night shopping as its open twenty-four hours. However, what is up with their security? They are always following me in the most comical way ever! I was looking at makeup and the security guy was staring at me like I was a thief. And his undercover disguise was pretending to look at a book. Call me crazy, but it killed the shopping mood to be looked at as a thief when in fact you have spent literally thousands of dollars at that location alone. So truth be told, I will continue to go, but way less than before.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! The most horrible customer service by faaaar!!!! I bought a 100$+ perfume for my wife, came home, she opened it and found out right away that it was returned by someone before. The box inside was damaged and finger prints on the bottle itself. We went back for the exchange, explained it to them and to our surprise, and according to their policy, they refused to accept it. The manager, (bold headed guy with glasses) was very rude and said that they do not accept open perfumes. But apparently selling open perfume to us is totally fine. We went to another Shoppers right away and made the exchange with no problems. Just avoid this location people!!!

I always shop at shoppers drugmart and always get my prescription done here. However last night I was accused of shoplifting! The security guard approached my friend and I in the parking lot and demanded the “stolen items”. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about. Apparently he saw me on camera putting something in my bag. I’ve been shopping here for years, I have so many optimum points. So humiliating and insulting.

Staff are friendly. Lots of beauty and cosmetic products. Free parking. Reasonable price.limited selection of grocery items. Quiet. They also have self check out. and Canada Post of course.
