London drugs has amazing customer service! The people that work there, no matter what department it is, are amazing and very friendly! The pharmacy employees are just so warm and helpful! I love you guys! I’ve been with you for about 20 years and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Horrible experience at London Drugs pharmacy at Dunbar location today. I made a phone call ahead of time checking if they have prescribing pharmacist that could prescribe strep throat. Got yes answer and went all the way to the store. However, when I arrived the store, a young female pharmacist responded with such a condescending tone and looked out of patience said they could not do it here. Thankfully, one of elder pharmacists answered my concerns gracefully. Overall, would not recommended.

Edit: I did try and do it from London drugs wifinnTried to use the photo lab, after 30 minutes of not being able to upload more then 3 photos at a time and needing to place multiple orders and them not being able to even upload the photos half the time, I went to Wal-Mart. In and out in 10 minutes! Go to Walmart for photo lab self service. Super easy and user friendly

There is one younger male pharmacist at the Dunbar location with attitude issues. If he cannot provide the care and service needed at the front counters, he should just stay at the back and count pills. Assistants and other pharmacists at this location are in general very accommodating and doing their best to provide care. One bad apple.

First time I encountered unprofessional pharmacy ‘assisstants’ women at this location. I felt they choose who they want to respect and feel so entitled. They need to be properly trained in customer service.nnOn the good side, their pharmacists are great as always and the staff in the grocery.
