The pharmacist here is absolutely incredible! I came in for my flu and COVID vaccines, but I’m not a fan of needles. She was so patient and so kind and walked me through everything ahead of time. She listened to me and was compassionate and helpful. Highly recommended!

My absolute go-to pharmacy. Staff there is always looking out for my best healthcare needs.

Pharmacy manager Judy is great!!! She helped me with picking a right medication for my migraine, and was very professional. Highly recommend!!!

All my interactions with the pharmacists at this location have been excellent. They have accommodated two walk-in requests for inoculations, and prescriptions are completed in a very timely manner. Most recently Jon Chan assisted me, as he has in past visits. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable; he willingly contacted my doctor to clarify a prescription; he has answered other inquiries by on-line research for additional information. These pharmacists go above and beyond to resolve inquiries. I certainly plan to continue using this pharmacy for all my future needs.

Very nice and extremely helpful and have extensive knowledge about pharmaceuticals and medication interactions, i have completely abandoned my previous pharmacy and switched to The Pharmacy Kitsilano, oh they have gone overboard to help and service me numerous times when they could, i would definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
