First time there the other day and got amazing service by an older gentleman… dr I’m assuming? He was Very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely visit again. I love small local businesses.

Dr. Kripps just celebrated his 100th birthday in January. He's tirelessly promoted several things: no sugar, no liquids when you eat, digestion-digestion-digestion, and iodide/thyroid. I have endless respect for Dr. K and Dr. Thorpe. I've been going to Kripps Pharmacy for more than 10 yrs. No issues, no complaints. The body is about chemistry and either Dr. will explain a situation, advise and guide you correctly to your plan/road to recovery. You're really missing a lot of you don't visit them. An unparalleled wealth of knowledge to help you. Please ignore the 4 yr. old comments about unfriendly staff.

Super nice people!  Just got off the phone with them as they're mailing a prescription to me.  The pharmacist was so friendly and personable.  I wish i could've chatted the rest of the afternoon.  Great experience.  :

Been a customer for over two decades.  Best products on the market with friendly customer service and educational knowledge available from the pharmacist thats exceptional. Everyone is very helpful always.

Came in to get my usual prescription when the lady at the front desk started interrogating me when I asked for it. With wide crazy eyes & an aggressive bitchy tongue, you would of thought I asked her for meth. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced.

Do your research ahead of time and consult with Severa - she is a great customer service assistant.  Remember you can not get a refund on open items.

I don't know what these people are talking about I find the staff friendly and always wanting to help me with a smile. Maybe these other people complaining have poor people skills. Remember you only get back what you dish out.  Terry

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and staff is really friendly. Also you can find products that you can't find in most other places
