My Naturopath had put in an Rx to this location for my daughter. I called to see if it was ready for p/u and was told I wasn’t int the system and to call elsewhere as they had several locations. Confused I checked I with my Doctor. I had indeed called the correct location. She emailed me to say that the Rx would take 1-2 weeks rather than the 1-2 days she was originally told. So she put in an order with FullScript. Later in the day i received a call from them saying my order was ready. I am so disappointed with this service . After being given the runaround. Not ok .

Just letting everyone know if you get your prescription here it is 40% more expensive than other places.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offer free delivery and the compounding of special rx was very fast.

Pharmacist slams down phone without saying anything at the end of call after being thanked. : also, the drug in question is 40% more expensive than the other place.

This is a great pharmacy. I go there every few months to refill my prescription medication and they always waiver the fee that exceeds the amount that my insurance pays.

Friendly community pharmacy. I occasionally get a script filled there and they’re always efficient.

Compared to the Pure Pharmacy on Robson which is great, this location is horrible.  Rude, unhelpful.

This pharmacy has the rudest staff. Especially the man! The stock level is low and the other staffs are not helpful at all!

Always very pleasant and helpful. I go out of my way to go here instead of other places.

Helpful staff and a good selection of supplements at reasonable prices.
