This is by far my favorite location in the city. The store is consistently well-organized and clearly benefits from excellent leadership under the manager, Bruno. I’m particularly impressed with the teams in the tech, photo, and mail departments. A special shout-out to Arique, Aleyah, Jack, and Alan—their knowledge and professionalism make every visit a great experience. Highly recommended as the best-run location in town

I don't usually do reviews, but I really had to give a glowing recommendation to the guys that were at the photo counter this afternoon Feb 4th. The young fellow who took our photos I don't remember his name but he is tall and has curly brown hair was so sweet and kind with my 2-year-old who was having a lots of frightened tears about getting his photo taken. He was very jovial and professional. If a manager is reading this, both guys deserve a bonus/raise!

Ava and this other guy, I think his name was Ariq were great. Amazing service and insanely knowledgeable about electronics. Ended up purchasing a new keyboard and mouse there with their help. Thanks so much guys! Yall are the best

Went to London drugs last week since I needed some tech help. I was helped by a lovely employee named jack. He was kind, professional and so attentive. If anyone should be tech manager it should be him! He can solve any tech problem you need.

I was at the West Broadway and Vine store on Tuesday. On the whole I have been pleased with shopping there. This time I asked an employee name Kevin for directions to the space heaters. He took me to the aisle where there were two large Honeywell heaters, but not the one I wanted, as seen on the LD website. He said he would check to see what was in storage. I waited in the aisle for his return for over 20 minutes. When he did not reappear, I left the aisle and saw him chatting with a cashier. I said that I had waited in the aisle but he had no explanation or apology to offer.
