I brought my 4 year old in for allergy testing. Dr Loh was amazing with her! Right away he was so friendly and making her laugh and most importantly feel comfortable as she was nervous. I was so impressed. Very professional and kind.

I felt so unsafe and rushed. I have had severe food allergies for several years and because of this cannot be tested for certain allergens due to the severity of my reaction. The doctor did not familiarize himself with my medical history before the appointment and attempted to push tests on me that I was not comfortable with plus not advised to have due to my medical history and was not the reason for my visit. He was very rude when I explained I have experience with epipens and did not need a demonstration and pushed a prescription for a new EpiPen on me that I did not want or need as mine was not set to expire for another year. Horrible horrible experience.

Had a single visit no allergies and Dr. Loh ad his staff were great. Appointment was quick through and Dr Loh was very kind. Glad I was referred to him, got my appointment 2 months early as well by going on the cancelation list. In all, highly recommend him for allergy sufferers

Very professional, to the point, and polite. Receptionist was also very helpful and worked with my schedule to get an appointment that worked for me.

I had a reaction to my 1st Moderna-Covid Vaccine and got a referral to Dr. Loh. It took a while to get an appointment but to me that seemed like a good sign, as general allergies and vaccine reactions are being taken seriously. Upon my 1st visit, I too tried to show Dr. Loh a picture of the previous reaction that I had. He told me to pay attention instead. I realized there were signs in the waiting room and exam room that said to have your phone turned OFF. I didn't get offended as I figured he didn't want interruptions, as well as wanting to make a proper assessment based on what he was testing for and would observe. Every test that he did he explained it in detail, checked in on me frequently and we even had a few laughs together! Upon my last visit everything was done so Professionally and carefully that I was able to successfully get my 2nd Moderna-Covid Vaccine. Dr. Loh assessed me every step of the way and after 2 hrs. even though I was feeling okay, offered for me to wait the full 4 hrs. Without Dr. Loh's patience, Professional knowledge and his wonderful front end Staff I would not have been able to accomplish this. I am so greateful and only had normal post vaccine reactions. It was definitely worth the wait.Thank you!!!

I was referred to Dr. Loh for allergy testing. My test showed many allergies to enviromental agents. Dr. Loh was able to explain things to me very well and how to avoid irritants. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. the reception here is also really friendly and are very good. I only left 4 stars because i felt a bit rushed during the apt.

Great doctor and staff. Very punctual for our appointment. Explained everything very well. Did and allergy test and told us the results after waiting for like 10 minutes. I had a very questions and he answered them great. Highly recommended.

If I could choose zero stars I would. He knew my son is intolerant to dairy, yet he tried to do his penicillin challenge test using an entire yogurt with penicillin mixed in. When reminded how sick that would make my son he said “I’m not a grocery store, what do you want me to do about it. I don’t worry about the future In here” Then left me to try to figure out how to get my 5year old son to take a tablet of penicillin. It wasn’t our first visit, but was definitely our last. He’s very rushed, doesn’t listen, get angry when asked for refills of allergy meds that he’s prescribed in the past. He doesn’t explain things well and just wants your money. Like someone else said. Ask for another allergist if you’d like a thorough explanation of diagnosis and to be able to voice your concerns. His receptionist is very nice though.

If you are living on the edge, time is money and want to in and out in 5 min. Dr Loh is right for you. This doctor will give you very little information about your kids' allergy and is very impatient even we are dealing with potential anaphylaxis. Dr Loh does not give a damn about you and your kids. He was even rude to me when I asked a question. Don't waste time on this doctor, get another referral!
