My first appointment he cancelled, and today I go for my 2:15 re-booked appointment, only to find out he will be 15-20 minutes late. The receptionist starts the appointment with administering drops to dilate the pupils. In the meantime, 2 more patients arrive. The receptionist then calls him around 2:30 and asks if he is almost at the office, and would he like her to continue with the next step of the appointment (taking pictures). Then another patient shows up. Now 4 patients waiting and no doctor. Finally at 2:55 Dr. Lee saunters in. He did not explain anything he was doing to me, and basically told me everything was perfect and come back in a year. I hardly think I’ll ever step foot in that office. My time is way too valuable, then to be left waiting for that!
