Dr.Soltani Medical Clinic

I and My family is going to this clinic to Dr. Fehmi since few months. I switched from our previous doctor in Coquitlam because of poor care. We got lucky and found her by chance as she was taking new patients, She is the best doctor I have met till now. She is competent, caring, thoughtful and best of all she cares about her patient sincerely. Though the wait time is bit longer compared to my previous doctor but it is WORTH IT because when you see her, she gives time to understand your concern and do proper diagnosis. Also the front desk staff is very respectful and caring. ***AMAZING DOCTOR****

Called dozens of clinics trying to find my husband a doctor. The receptionist was very helpful directing me to their website and connecting him with a family doctor and he has been back a few times without any grumbling! I am surprised to see negative reviews about the receptionist because it has always been super easy for my husband to book an appointment (or he would not go!) Thank you!!

Dr. Soltani, amazing doctor. However the receptionists need to be fired ASAP. They really hurt the image of this place, I don't get how a receptionist can be so bitter, condescending and mean. Your clients are people in pain that need help. Read further into reviews on other sites and you will see that this is a common comment about this practice. Unreal how unprofessional the staff are. If there wasn't such a shortage of GPs in this province this practice would be out of business fast because of these receptionists.

Great, short experience. I walked in at 9am (opening time) and made an appointment for 10am. I returned around 9:50am and got taken to a room right away. Dr. Aileen Tan arrived in the room after a few minutes. I wanted to get blood work and knew what to ask for. She asked me some family history questions to make sure we had everything covered and took my blood pressure, then sent me off to a life lab. I felt like it was productive and time well used. The woman at the front desk, as well as Dr. Tan, were friendly and not rushed. I rarely go to the doctor or the clinic, but will definitely return here if I ever need anything.

Dr. Soltani is great, always helpful to our family when we see her. I also love that the wait to see her is minimal (usually 5-10 minutes), which is much much less than the average wait time I am used to at other doctor's offices.
