Does anyone have the Redmond station direct phone number I need to give them a piece of my mind not that it will help and customer service won’t give me the number. I have had multiple issues with Redmond WA hub FedEx. They delivered multiple packages to a house one street over with the same house number and the a-holes kept my wine club shipment great neighbors, but I also blame FedEx they should have delivered to the right address and checked an ID as it’s wine. I have had to go pick up multiple packages at this house the oh so kind neighbors won’t bring over packages that aren’t theirs. This week I have had a package out for delivery since 12/20 it’s a Christmas present didn’t make it and it still says out for delivery. I called customer service which is worthless as well. I wish I could request not to have anything shipped by FedEx.
I have had issues with this facility for years now. My package has a delivery date that has passed and they havent updated any delivery info for it. In the past I have had to PHYSICALLY pick up my package from a pickup location because I prefer not to wait an extra week or two for it to get delivered. I originally thought the issue was with apartment complexes, but since we moved to a house i have continued to have this issue. Steer clear whenever possible. Or schedule a pickup when you find that your package is going through this facility.
Absolutely awful. Why does anyone use them when delivery services that are actually competent exist? I have stopped shopping with places that use FedEx. The driver that services my area is unbelievably lazy. Two times in 2 weeks something has been put on the truck for delivery, not been delivered, and I have yet to see either one. One of them was 12 days ago, has not been sent out again, and “customer service” more unbelievable incompetence has NO IDEA where it is. FedEx, do the world a favor and close your doors. Worthless.
If I could give lower than one star I would. FedEx has shown that they are not to be trusted with delivering things you want to actually get. My package has been stuck in their facility for over a week, with the reps consistently lying to me when I call and ask for the status of my package. I'm very inclined to believe they lost my shipment and am never using FedEx ever again.
I am stuck in a ridiculous loop of protocol. My package is on a FedEx truck out for delivery and every time they drive past my condo I see the truck on my camera they mark my package as address incorrect. Then I call the customer service and they tell me that I have to contact the shipper so they can confirm my address. I do that, and the shipper confirms my address. Then the next day the delivery driver drives past my condo and marks my package as address incorrect. I am no longer able to get a person on the phone through customer service because the auto bot says I have been given the latest tracking information and disconnects the call! How do I get assistance and get out of this ridiculous loop that is being caused by human error? My address is correct, my condo just looks different than the surrounding buildings. This is insane!
One of the worst company and worst hub. Always lies about attempt delivery especially if it is signature required. Delayed my time sensitive package 5 days in a row, called FedEx to hold package for me to pick it up, went there and said my package is not sorted yet and dropped down my phone number to call me back whenever it’s ready but never received any calls. Called the station and no one answer phone. It’s really painful to receive package from this company and especially this hub.
My package has been delayed for a week. Lying on delivery attempt, never seen them ever show up in front of my house. Get notified with weather delay on a sunny day. Guess my package will arrive on a snowy day.
THEFT, LIES and damaged shipments. I try everything to avoid shipping anything through this company and especially this hub in Redmond. Current package is lost after scanning to truck. Last time this happened the drive claims he never scanned it and was never found againcamera equipment. Shipment after that was a large item and the crushed the box and as far as I could tell they hit it with a fork lift. I have to recommend you use any other shipper even if it costs you more. EDIT: The package mentioned on this post was delivered 9 days late and I never heard from the 2 people who said they would call me. Recommendation stands use other shipper if you live in this delivery area.
Rather than describe my own horrible recent experience, I suggest you read these and national reviews. It is clear that, nationwide, Fedex is no longer a reputable business. Reviews from across the country are saying exactly the same thing about packages not being delivered, or delivered to wrong addresses, or delivered many days late and all with no accountability from the company. Call retailers and tell them you won't purchase from them as long as they are using Fedex to ship and then don't use them to ship anything yourself.
I ordered a bed frame from Amazon. The seller used FedEx. It went from California to Remond WA in 2 days. It arrived at Redmond facility Nov 30th. Got app notifications everyday saying out for delivery with that day as scheduled delivery. Changed to pending everyday about 4pm. Operational delay was listed. I called amazon for a refund and contacted seller on 13th of December. Mysteriously frame was delivered next day on 14th. Set all those days. I offered to pick up at facility and was denied. Worst service I've ever seen from any carrier.
