Delicious! They were busy for Valentine’s Day, but gave excellent customer service! Next time I will pre-order, but this time I ordered a few of the gourmet cupcakes they had left. They are beautiful and delicious! The cream cheese frosting is my favorite

Spectacular cupcakes AND spectacular service! We ordered dairy-free cupcakes for my daughter's birthday celebration, and I was highly impressed with the care they took to make sure even the little details were dairy-free. Such a relief after several other businesses didn't take food intolerances seriously recently! The cupcakes were superior in taste to anything I've made at home and that's saying something! Extremely happy first time customer here. We'll be back. And I'll get a better photo next time.

We had an amazing experience with having them make our gender reveal cake. The cake tasted like one of their delicious cupcakes with chocolate chips in it. Our guest gobbled up the whole cake! We had our doc give us results in an envelope which we past over to the baker. Give them at least three business days. All of their staff were helpful and polite. We highly recommend!

The customer service was great but I don’t like the flavors of the 2 cupcakes i got. I love carrot cake but theirs was not all that good and I got strawberry cupcake that was ok i guess.

Great cupcakes with all sorts of delicious flavors! We made our own cake stand for our wedding and they fit perfectly, Ida's decorated them to match our color scheme and even wrote our pups names on their cupcakes!

Lots of cupcakes to choose from. Very nice presentation. We waited in the store for our walk in order. It took 12 minutes to get the order together. Nice work!

Bought a gourmet cupcake larger than the kid cake to order and the cake itself was frozen solid. Staff were friendly and explained happy hour offers.

Absolutely worst ownership in a small business I have ever experienced. Worst customer service I have ever had, no accountability to do right by the customer. Make sure to get your own copy of any order form placed with them as they will lie and hide behind "company polices" that are not explained. Would have rated 0 stars if possible.

I just left Ida‘s, without a cupcake, and I feel like I just left an episode of Portlandia. It feels like a parody to enter the premise. The mask mandate ends on Friday, I didn’t have one on my person, they gave me one and I put it on and held it out a bit away from my face to speak. The gal behind the counter, who’s probably only 20, backed way against one side of the wall and acted terrified that I would be spreading germs. I asked her what she was going to do when the mask mandate ends on Friday and that we need a deal with reality now. She informed me that she felt unsafe so she went to get a coworker to help me. People of her age category, even with pre-existing conditions, have a three in one million chance of death due to COVID. I am done with this insane virtue signaling and I would rather support businesses who operate within the bounds of reality. Earlier experiences with Ida’s had been similar but this one really takes the cake!

Hands-down, this is one of the best little businesses in Central Oregon. Our family has had a several-year tradition of always getting birthday cupcakes from this quaint little bakery. Their flavors are top-notch and they are a true treat! Worth every penny. Their customer service is quick, friendly, and every visit is…dare I say…unremarkable. Their brand is solid and product is consistent. Thank you! Especially the Redmond store
