A nice bagel shop. About 20 flavors, a decent selection of cream cheese, and a handful of solid sandwiches. Great staff, quick service, and decent flavor freshness. A delightful place.
Really disappointed with the service recently. This is the 3rd time, I ordered a veggie combo adding avocado, but No avocado in it. With tips, I basically paid 10 dollars for a regular veggie combo. My husband and I used to love here, and enjoyed the bagels. Argh! But constantly getting wrong with what we order really upsets us.
Bagels are fresh and the cream cheese is delicious! Especially the hot pepper cream cheese. You can order breakfast and lunch sandwiches to go, which make for a easy and tasty meal.
Best bagels in town! And the employees are so friendly and helpful. Especially Sage! Definitely will be back. Possibly for the second time today. Lol.
This place used to be good but I wouldn’t recommend now. Prices don’t match the product quality. Ordered a lox bagel. Cost me almost $10 for that. They put ONE LAYER of salmon across the bagel. That’s ridiculous… should have paid for salmon flavored cream cheese bagel instead. Anyway… the bottled soda was room temp and the “baked yesterday” cookie was dry. I’m not usually a review writer but this whole experience was so lame and disappointing I couldn’t help myself.
My wife and I used to really enjoy coming here. The everything bagel was loaded with toppings on both sides, the crew friendly, and the wait times relatively low with the amount of customers they had. Something has changed, their new staff is incredibly slow and offer little to no polite customer service. The quality of the bagels seems to have dipped as well. Did this place go u Derek new ownership/ management?
Friendly staff and great tasting bagels. You can get them plain with cream cheese, or try one of their great tasting bagel combinations. Many different types of bagels to choose from. I personally always get the Eye Opener. While your there, grab some bagels to go by the 1/2 or full dozen. They even sell bagel toppings, coffee and the lemon bars that are really delicious. My family and I really like this place. If you're in the area and in the mood for a bagel, you should definitely check this place out!
I had the lox & capers on a sourdough bagel & it was amazing. Also bought a bakers dozen for the road. The staff is super friendly & the coffee is respectably good. Great place to grab a bagel if you ever find yourself hungry for bagels in Redmond.
Great bagels. We had a breakfast bagel, lunch bagel and classic bagel with cream cheese. All were great. Definitely would go back.
Really sorry to ever leave a bad review anywhere, but managment needs to know how their store is doing. Very unorganized, wrong sandwiches made, charging incorrectly, sandwich meat is consistently not warm. It’s unsafe to consume meat not cooked to a certain degree. Waited so long for our bagels first in line, no one in front of us and have to cook our bagels more thoroughly at home. People working are doing their best, managment should be there to champion these people and bring organization. Looking forward to seeing improvements.
