Loblaws

The writing on the meals at the hot cafeteria is too messy to read. They never have enough cashiers open. I've gone twice in a week and both times I get stuck with a slow cashier (that's fine, they do their best) and the they open up a second one right as I am next in line. Then the cast cashier flies through all the people behind me.

Good selection overall. Will be missing certain items in the produce section, especially if you go at night after 8pm.

I used to work here. The back rooms and basement are nothing short of a horror movie. We would find bread that just came in, with holes in the bags because of mice eating through the plastic bag to get to the bread. I wouldn't shop here. ever.

Fine for a neighbourhood grocery store, but don't expect the amenities of the larger superstores that are more common for Loblaws. Small and dated, this is an OK spot for the basics, and lacking when it comes to fresh produce and meats.
