Nadia from the Cosmetic Department is so friendly, kind and professional! I come to Shoppers weekly and she always knows what to suggest when I have questions. I’m a very indecisive person, I applaud her for her patience with me everything. Her knowledge in makeup and skincare is amazing! She is very informative, not intimidating and not pushy with sales. Shoppers is very lucky to have her!

Security wouldn't stop following and watching me as I shop here every. single. time., even though I always put items in Shopper's basket, never carry a backpack, and have spent thousands of dollars this year alone at this store. Nevertheless, probably because I would appear Indigenous to some as an East Asian descent with a mullet, security in this store just couldn't stop treating me like I am a suspected shoplifter.nnIf you check out other reviews at this store, you will find that I am not the only one who has had such distressing encounters with security at this store. Unless you want to experience such infuriating and humiliating shopping experiences yourself, I would strongly recommend to take your shopping elsewhere. The Shoppers on Commercial or in Old Orchard or the London Drugs in Brentwood or at Joyce do not watch over me as I shop like I am in prison, and I will be more than happy to spend my hard-earned money at those stores with non-discriminatory and better than despicable customer service.

I’ve been going to this Shoppers for years. In general, service is good despite the long line up’s at times. However the experience today honestly angered me; I went to pick up my prescription and was indirectly accused of stealing.nnAs there was a long line for pick up at the pharmacy, I decided to step aside in one of the aisles to put my paid prescription into my bag, instead of holding up the line.nnI zipped up my bag as I walked down the aisle, the security who just turned the corner stops me and says, “You’re not allowed to put items in your bag. You need to use a basket.” I replied him politely, “It’s the prescription I just paid for.”nnHe replies “Okok” and as I proceed to continue walking, stops me again to ask me to open my bag for him to check.nnPerhaps do your due diligence and check what’s going on first before you go and accuse someone of stealing.nnShoppers, you should rethink the security company you are hiring as they do represent you as a business. Apparently it’s common practice now to accuse your customers as thieves.

At the location 2330 Kingsway, Vancouver. On Sep 3, my sister tried to purchase the on sale item. there is no limit of quantity on the price tag. therefore, my sister got all 7 of it from shelf. The employee was so rude and did not allow my sister to pay for them. my sister questioned her and asked her name. She refused to provide her name. my sister requested to talk to manager. she claimed she is a manager. In fact, she is not. She threatened my sister that my sister had to leave the store immediately and not allow to shop this store in the future. She also warned my sister not to make a complain because she has all my sister's information in the system due to the PC optimum card. In order to get the employee's name, I made a trip to the store and look at her tag. Her name is Evangeline. I just wonder why shopper drug mart requests an employee to carry the name tag since the employee refuses to provide the name. I am afraid that our information is abuse by such an employee. by the way, we are the neighbor of this store and have shopped the store since it was opened in 2013. This is the worst experience since it opened

Generally I have had only good experiences at this store, whether it's the cashier, or post office clerk, or pharmacy assistant. Be mindful of the passport costs for a digital copy, it's crazy expensive but they did an excellent job
