Had a good class here, the vinyasa flow class. Nice clean and spacious studio with nice people. Teacher did a very good job in accommodating for the considerable difference between levels in the class.

Locally owned with a true Kalamazoo vibe.  Mats, props, blankets and straps provided.  A peaceful sanctuary for your practice.

I'm new to yoga and find the  environment so relaxing and inviting.   Each of the instructors have been so helpful when I'm in their class.  I drive 45 mins each way and finally found a place for me to relax and learn. Thank you

So glad I decided to try out this company on a whim! I was admittedly intimidated by the highly professional yoga center but my expectations were far surpassed. Instructors are encouraging and accepting. If a pose is beyond your capability, no one will look down upon you or judge you whatsoever - teachers and fellow students alike. The facility is impeccably clean and as a self-proclaimed germaphobe, I was deeply impressed by the cleanliness throughout the studio. Sanitizing spray is provided in each studio and the locker rooms are clean, pleasant smelling, etc. I truly experienced no distractions from my original purpose in entering the studio -- my practice. The $20 option for 2 weeks to first time visitors is a complete steal. I will definitely return after my 2 weeks is over. Highly recommend. If you're considering trying Down Dog, do it. You will not regret it!

Incredible. Great care and attention to each individual.  Excellent practitioners. Some of the best instructors in the area.
