Elizabeth works with the firing patterns and mechanics of people's body, along with posture, balancing, "make them very aware of what's going on so they can get out of pain." helping to improve posture, balancing, "make them very aware of what's going on so they can get out of pain." She helps people get in shape and condition, but it goes beyond that, Elizabeth has worked with people going through rehabilitation and has acted as a peronal trainer. Pilates is for anybody and Elizabeth constantly stresses that. She is well connected and not just in America, but also in Canada. Elizabeths credentials are very imprressive. She has seven certificaions and works with a new train annually to further her education, and keep up to date with the current sciences involvd in Pilates.
