The food is very good and plenty of gluten / dairy free and vegan options. The owner of the restaurant is very conscious about the impact of plastic on the environment. All the take out containers and cutlery is compostable or recycle. We should encourage more restaurant like this for the future of our planet.
Amazing place for a healthy meal. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is delicious. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options. The scones and homemade nacho chips are ridiculously good. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and Dairy free
Great food with something for every dietary niche. The banh mi sandwich is incredible. They also have some wicked take-home chow and Hutterite eggs n bacon.

I had the smash burger there and it was really tasty. The chefs there also altered the burger for me due to my diet needs. Delicious smash burger and didn't feel the guilt afterwards since it was made so fresh and healthy. Also had the americano and it was smooth and creamy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy alternative.
Tried this place for the first time today after hearing awesome reviews. Well the amazing reviews aren't wrong! I had THE LAWTON Shaved smoked ham, aged comte cheese, roasted apple + thyme aioli, arugula, from the first bite the taste was delicious! Go support your local eats people! They should change their name to Little Fast & Fresh, Big Taste.
Made fresh, served with a smile. The staff were pleasant to the customers and eachother. I love the little local shop inside too! Vegetarian options: Everything is custom made. All allergies respected. Kid-friendliness: My kids would eat the food, not great for kids sitting space. Parking: Limited spots in shared parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramp access and is ground level. Dietary restrictions: Custom made options for every order. Pick what you want and leave the rest. Allergen aware staff!
Food is really delicious and lots of options for those on special diets and lots of options for customizations. I would give five stars but you don't get much food for your money. Meals are more snack sized so adults may need to order a meal and a side to feel full.
Love this wonderful business and I am totally addicted to the dill humus! Keep on rocking it and making amazing healthy food, with your awesome staff!
Great service! Definitely was fast and fresh! So much flavour in the vegan Bánh Mì! Absolutely delicious!!!
