This is the only place I shop for bras for both sports and everyday wear. The staff are consistently super helpful and keep a file with your past purchases and preferences aso they are able to suggest things that suit your body and taste. Returns are also possible within a two week window, so you wouldn't get stuck with a bra that doesn't suit you. The bras are more expensive than those in department stores but having the proper fit and good quality is entirely worth it in my thrifty opinion! Hot tip: 15% off during your birthday month!
Service has gone downhill post-Covid. Have been shopping at their NDG location now closed for years and service was always excellent. At the Pointe Claire location the service was not up to par at all. Both the person who assisted during my appointment and the person at the cash were not especially friendly and they both gave short curt answers to questions as though I was bothering them. They also didn't have the knowledge to answer some fairly basic questions about their bras and washing instructions. I did find a suitable bra thanks to their assistance but the overall experience was not pleasant. Also having to drive for an hour total and make appointments to shop here are a huge hassle.

I have been hearing about DEbra for awhile and I finally made an appointment and found 2 amazing bras one that fits like a glove. Kerri really explained things to me about fit and washing etc. My friend also had a really good fitting with another DEbra bra fit specialist. For larger chested ladies, this is the store that was made for us! I will definitely go back when I need another bra or 2.
I'm so happy I found this cute little shop. Their so passionate about their work and material that it makes everyone feel welcome. I also learned some interesting facts about me that I would have never known either : The styles and selections are amazing, and it's like they just know what will make you feel like a million bucks! Thank you so much This store is great if you have a small waist and large bust as they carry sizing for you!

Very helpful staff, very accommodating and patient with people with special needs as well. No need to rely only on the in store inventory, they can also custom order.
The fitter spent around an hour showing me different sizes/styles, to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted I did, it's the best bra I've ever had. They were extremely helpful and professional, and I could not recommend this store more!
I didn’t buy a bra there since they cater to larger women. But I did make an appointment to get fitted and I was fitted by this nice older lady. She measured me in my bra and then recommended me some brands and a shop to look into for my sizes. I told her about my previous experience at a Victoria’s Secret downtown and how someone put me in a 36B. She then strongly emphasized I should never let anyone fit me in that size, I’m very satisfied about knowing my size now and she was very sweet. I would recommend coming here and lastly, when I entered I saw a customer conversing very happily with another lady. A very cute store roughly 7 minute walk from the Villa Maria metro. Definitely book and appointment to try it out!
