I went today to buy a gift a perfume and a set of rings. I asked the lady at the cash for a gift receipt. She answered: "sure". After paying, I asked her for the gift receipt. She said she can't do one since these "new collection" items are final sale!!!!!! No sign is mentioning that they are final sale items. I was not informed before payment that they are final sale items. When I asked her to return the items, she refused!!! I am still at the counter, inside the store. At the end when I insisted, she finally returned them. For me, it's the first and last time in this particular store.
@Marianne Costandy Review not helpful. Everyone makes mistakes cuz we’re human. Stop being dramatic. You have a mouth to ask questions. If I was in your shoes, I’LL ASK QUESTIONS bEFORE BUYING AN ITEM!

I did an order online.. payed with paypal .. one of the items was small so went to the store to return it... was shocked that i can not return it and have to do the return label ...while doing that u pay 5 $ fee to be able to retun ur item... definitely rethink before ordering online ... this is not acceptable and was not disclosed while ordering
The store staff and manager are very unprofessional and rude, they manipulate you when you ask for returns. Never buy anything from there.
The older staff seem a bit rude and cold:/ not very friendly. One younger girl seems sweet though

Had the most amazing experience at this store! All the employees were very helpful and super nice! Loved that the manager offered very useful and honest opinions. Will definitely shop at this location again! Great selection of clothes. Highly recommended!
The service was amazing, it was an non judgmental area and the staff treated you with respect. The one person that stood out was most probably Kathy. She has the best humour and is always eager to help you find something. I truly loved my experience there because of her and will for sure go back.
If I could give a zero I would, was treated like a nobody, I am complaining today because it is the 3rd time that this has happen, no respect for the customer, no helo, no thank you, also I am a Prestige member for a very long time, you need to change your manager Connie.Tthe store is in a mess and she tells me the merchandise is in boxexs we have so many items. I do not want to buy online so I go to the store, if merchandise is not being put on in front of the store, we cannot buy it. This store needs to be spruce up with the proper staff, just like when Joelle was there.
