Great staff. Lynda is fantastic, helpful and honest, something you need to be to be a good salesperson. The store offers plus sizes, but also if you are just an extra large you can find something. Clothes range from work to casual to sleep wear, underwear and accessories They have wonderful sales and if they don't have it in their store they will check others to find it. A friendly store and no pushy salespeople here

This store carries really nice clothes for plus sized women. There's always the liquidation rack at the back of the store, always take a look. For sure, you'll find something at a very reasonable price. Some things can be very expensive oh, but if you wait it out oh, it comes down eventually. I buy my jeans there. I also buy most of my t-shirts there as well as bras and underwear. They have the right fit.

The manager at the Pointe Claire location seems very kind and helpful. Also the selection of clothes and sales are very good, whether you are looking for work clothes or something more casual. However, on more than one occasion, some employees were gossiping about customers near the dressing rooms and in one case, using a repeat customer's full name. Customers can hear you very well. Also, I would suggest not complaining to customers that they didn't place clothes they won't purchase in the "right place" or that you need to put away clothes after the customer has tried them on. If customers have no place to put them and no staff is around, they will add them to the pile that is already there, as other customers did. I will stick to the Lasalle location where the staff is cheerful and happy to help.

While the clothes are the reason that I shop here, it's the service that takes first place. All the sales people are very helpful but Linda went above and beyond in my last visit to the store. I have in the past shopped here regularly and will definitely continue to do so in the future.

Hi there! Looks like I might be the first to review this amazing store. Not just amazing by the quality and variety of its merchandise BUT by the amazing people that work there. I only have great things to say about the staff that will go out of their way to help. I think what I love the most is that they will not try to sell me something that really doesnt look good. Samantha she's my fav always says it like it is! It's not about making the sale, its about creating a return client. With such a variety of clothing they are sure to find something that will look great on you, from your morning coffee at home in the kitchen to that special evening out. Enjoy ladies! Elizabeth P.
